Apni sehat ka khub dhyaan rakha karo..Sehat hai toh sabkuch hai. Aajkal junk food ka bahut trend chal raha hai, chote chote bacche bhi khoob junk food khaa rahe hain. Jo ki sehat ke liye bahut zyada khatarnaak hai.
Junk food khaane se na kewal beemariyen gher leti hain , balki isse body bhi sust si hone lagti hai. Parents ko apne baccho ki diet par dhyaan dena chahiye, vo kya khaa rahe hain kya pi rahe hain is par nazar rakhna bahut zaroori hai.
Ghar ka khana sabse best hai. Meri to yahi raay hai ki jitna ho sake junk food se bacha jaaye. Aajkal har koi beemariyo se ghira hua hai vajah yahi hai ki aajkal log ghar ke khaane par kam bahar ke khaano par zyada dhyaan de rahe hain.. Chowmin, burger, pizza wagera agar kam se kam khaya jaaye toh hi sahi rehta hai ye sab cheezein zyada maatra me sabhi ko nuksaan deti hain.
Subah ka nashta jitni jaldi ho sake kar lena chahiye aur ho sake toh nashta heavy karna chahiye kyuki isse hame poore din energy milti hai. Toh hame junk food avoid karke healthy food khana chahiye.
